There are three levels of membership for Bury St Edmunds Town Centre Management
Group. These are the benefits and costs involved:

- Regular newsletter and any updates of news affecting the town centre at the earliest possibility.
- Access to the Town Centre Manager
- Two meetings per year, and right to vote
- Membership benefits
Associate Member “Decide and Deliver ”
As above, PLUS
- Quarterly meetings, higher degree if input either by funding or work commitment to deliver our action plans
- Opportunity to be on Working Groups to form strategies of our work
- Business listed in annual Town Centre Management strategy document to go out to the whole town
- Opportunities to sponsor Town Centre Management led initiatives

CONSTITUTION OF BOARD
We will maintain the criteria for Board membership to consist of sectors that
make up the town including the following:

Independent retailers
Shopping Centres
Youth/Education
Financial/Legal sector
Property services sector
Market Traders
Resident’s/voluntary Associations
Emergency Services
As criteria for the board of the group is written into the constitution, this ensures that a full representation of the town is always in place
